Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu film to be made on a whopping Rs 1000 crore budget, details inside

It is a known fact that after the success of RRR, Rajamouli is busy scripting for this new film with Mahesh Babu. The film will be made on a massive scale and we have juicy info about the same.

The news in the Telugu film circles is that Rajamouli's next will be made on a budget of a whopping Rs 1000 crore. This is the highest-ever budget for any Indian film to date. Rajamouli's script reading sessions with Mahesh Babu will begin once the star's new film, Guntur Kaaram is out on January 12, 2024.

Rajamouli's films are always made on a massive budget and also collect big money at the box office. When asked about the update on the script, the film's writer Vijayendra Prasad said that the scripting would be done by January and then the pre-production would start.

Prasad also adds that the script has come out quite well and the film will be a never before experience for an Indian movie fanatic. Rajamouli has roped in a popular casting agency from the US as he wants some big names to be a part of this film which will be made in multiple languages.

Mahesh Babu is bulking up for the film and the casting is yet to be locked. There is also news that this film will be made in multiple parts. Writer Vijayendra Prasad also confirmed the same in an interview and said that they have decided to have an open ending to have a scope for a sequel.

MM Keeravani will compose music for this film which will be produced by KL Narayana. As of now, Mahesh Babu is busy giving the finishing touches to his latest film Guntur Kaaram which has been directed by Trivikram Srinivas. Sreeleela will be seen as the female lead in this film and Thaman scores the music.
