Rana Naidu: Venkatesh finally opens up on the severe trolling he faced for doing the show

Star hero Venkatesh and his nephew Rana Daggubati made their OTT debut with the Netflix show Rana Naidu. The crime drama was also dubbed in Telugu and attracted a lot of hate as Venkatesh mouthed several curse words in the show. Also, the bold content in Rana Naidu did not go well with many of Venkatesh's fans.

More than Rana, Venkatesh, who has a family man image was trolled big time for doing such a bold show. Venkatesh has now finally opened up on the criticism he faced during the promotions of Ahimsa, which is incidentally his nephew, Abhiram Daggubati's movie debut.

Speaking about his bold avatar, he says "I always believe that you should not dwell on the past and have to move on. Next time when you are doing the next season, you have to do it in such a way that everybody is going to like it."

Adding further he says "It is sure that you are not going to please everybody all the time. So I’m going to please maybe a little more audience. Some people will get affected with the style of the series. But I think we should just move on and see what we can do best next”.

As of now, Venkatesh is shooting for his new film Saindhav in the direction of Sailesh Kolanu. The film is a cop drama. On the other hand, Rana Daggubati is busy promoting his latest production venture Pareshan which will hit the screens tomorrow.
