The makers of Sundar C's Aranmanai 3, which has Arya and Raashi Khanna playing lead roles, had earlier announced that its first single, Ratatapata, will be released on Monday. The four-minute lyric video provides a glimpse into the making of several intriguing sequences in the film.

The colourful song, composed by C Sathya, features fast-paced dance moves by Arya and Raashi, along with a host of junior artists accompanying them. Like the first two outings in the film series, Aranmanai 3 will also revolve around endless mysteries and spooky elements set against the backdrop of a palatial bungalow.

Vivekh, Andrea, Yogi Babu, Sampath, Manobala and Vela Ramamoorthy among others are featured in the video which has Sundar C seen giving instructions to crew members involved in set designing and setting up props for action sequences. The director will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the movie. Yogi Babu's funny punchlines and Peter Hein's involvement in stunt scenes are other highlights of the video, which also offers aerial shots of the palace where the story unfolds. Singer-rapper-lyricist Arivu, who shot to fame with the sensational song Enjoy Enjaami, has penned the lyrics for the song, apart from lending voice for it, along with Ranina Reddy.

Arya, Raashi and Khushbu, one of the producers of the project, unveiled Ratatapata from their respective Twitter handles. The team had released another poster of the film earlier on Monday, and going by industry insiders, the film is likely to hit screens soon. It is said that the makers will announce a release date after monitoring the occupancy in movie halls, which were opened in Tamil Nadu last week. Though exhibitors are concerned about the low footfalls recorded last week in the state, they are hopeful of movie buffs returning to theatres from this weekend.
