Sureshinteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hridayahaariyaaya Pranayakatha release date - Ratheesh Poduval’s next film to release on THIS date

The much-loved lovebirds of Kunchacko Boban-starrer Nna Thaan Case Kodu can be seen in a romantic pose in the first poster of Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval’s next directorial. The makers of this film have also confirmed that the romantic drama will hit the big screen on May 16.

Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval is all set to bring back these iconic characters in Sureshinteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hridayahaariyaaya Pranayakatha (The Heartening Love Story of Sureshan and Sumalatha), following the rave response for his prior film Nna Thaan Case Kodu.

Rajesh Madhavan and Chithra Nair will reprise their respective roles as Sureshan and Sumalatha in this film. These beloved characters are known for their simple and carefree romance. While post-production on the movie is underway, the producers have not yet revealed the precise date of its theatrical debut. In the meantime, it has been revealed that the story will be told in three distinct time periods in the movie.

According to sources, Kunchacko Boban, who played Kozhummal Rajeevan in Nna Thaan Case Kodu, will play the same character in this film. November of last year marked the completion of filming Sureshinteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hridayahaariyaaya Pranayakatha.

A viral ‘Save the Date’ video to announce the film

A 'Save the Date' video and invitation that Ratheesh shared on social media led viewers to surmise that Ramesh and Chithra are actually getting married. Eventually, they discovered that this was a hint for the next film in the director's career.

Who are behind Sureshinteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hridayahaariyaaya Pranayakatha?

The eight songs in the film were composed by Dawn Vincent. Vaisakh Sugunan has penned the lyrics for these soundtracks. Over a 100-day shooting schedule, the movie was filmed in Payyannur and the surrounding areas. The film's screenplay was written by the director. The movie has been financed by Ajith Thalapalli and Emmanuel Joseph. The cinematographer is Sabin Ooralukandi, and the co-producers are Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval, Jay K, and Vivek Harshan.
