RDX actor Antony Varghese to work with Minnal Murali producers on another action film?

Angamaly Diaries actor Antony Varghese has made a mark in the Malayalam film industry with his action movies like Ajagajantharam and Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil, which were box-office hits. His new film, RDX, in which he is one of the lead actors along with Shane Nigam and Neeraj Madhav, is gearing up for release.

The latest about the actor is that he is set to work with the producers of RDX once again for an action film, which will be helmed by debutant Ajith Mampally.

The makers have hinted that the untitled project will be set against the backdrop of a sea. Ajith has earlier worked as an assistant director for the Manju Warrier-starrer Chathurmukham which is regarded as the first techno-horror film in Malayalam.

RDX is an action film bankrolled by Sophia Paul's Weekend Blockbusters, which backed Bangalore Days and Tovino Thomas' Minnal Murali. RDX, which is helmed by Nahas Hidhayath, revolves around the lives of three friends and their intense fights.

The film has two timelines and will feature action sequences directed by stunt choreographer Anbariv, who is known for his work in films like Yash's KGF, Kaithi, and Vijay's Beast. Sophia had revealed earlier that the stunt scenes in RDX would be the first of their kind in Malayalam cinema.

The trailer is packed with exhilarating action sequences that feature Shane, Antony, and Neeraj. Along with them, the film also stars Babu Antony, Lal, Baiju Santhosh, Mala Parvathy, and Nishanth Sagar. Mahima Nambiar and Aima Sebastian play the female leads in RDX, which is scripted by Shabas Rasheed and Adarsh Sukumaran.
