Release date of Janhvi Kapoor’s thriller Ulajh out? All the details are here...

Janhvi Kapoor’s movie Ulajh is among the highly anticipated upcoming releases. The political thriller has been trending ever since its announcement. In September 2023, it was revealed that the shooting for the film had wrapped up. The anticipation around the movie continues to grow and the most recent development is that the thriller is expected to be released in July. The star-studded cast also features Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew.

When can you watch Ulajh?

Helmed by Sudhanshu Saria, Ulajh has been the talk of the town for quite some time now. But the crew and the actors have managed to keep the release date a secret. According to Pinkvilla, the makers are eyeing a July 5 release date. However, we will have to wait for an official statement for confirmation.

Earlier, a video clip was released on Junglee Pictures’ Instagram handle that featured the entire cast and crew speaking about the film's shoot.

After the film’s wrap, Janhvi expressed gratitude for the wholesome experience and appreciated the entire cast and crew for their energetic performances and passion for the craft. "I have learned so much through this experience. It was amazing to see how passionate everyone was, how high the energies were, and how fun everything was," Janhvi said.

Ulajh plot and cast

National Award-winning director Sudhanshu Saria is the man behind Ulajh, which has a stellar ensemble. Janhvi plays an Indian Foreign Service officer in the new-age thriller. The story revolves around the female protagonist, who hails from a family of patriots but faces a crisis as she navigates her way back home against all odds.

Ulajh also stars Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Adil Hussain, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi in supporting roles.

Meanwhile, apart from Ulajh, Janhvi has other interesting projects in her kitty, like Sharan Sharma’s Mr & Mrs Maahi and RC16.
