A few days ago, Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu posted a video about ice bath recovery after shooting for the series ‘Citadel’. For the unversed, the method of ice bath recovery is used for faster recovery and bring down muscle pain and soreness, post high intensity training sessions of workouts or action. This time round, Varun Dhawan has posted almost the same method involving ice. But, this time round, its his way of treating tan.

The ‘Judwaa 2’ actor took to social media and posted two photographs of himself in which he is shirtless, thus, showing his chiselled physique. He is seen holding a bucket full of ice in one photograph. The next photograph has varun Dawan flexing his hands backwards, as this is yet another way of relaxing the human muscles, which is generally done by the trainers in the gym, after a workout. The third post by Varun Dhawan was a video in which he is seen putting his legs into a bucket full of ice. Even though he is not feeling comfortable putting his leg inside the bucketful of ice cubes, still, being the dedicated person that he is, still manages to ‘pull it off’ (his frown on the face notwithstanding).

On the professional front, Varun Dhawan is all set to storm the OTT platform Jio Cinema with his much-talked about and highly appreciated film ‘Bhediya’. This Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon film will be premiered on the OTT platform on May 26 this year. Readers may recall that, ‘Bhediya’ saw Varun Dhawan playing the role of a werewolf and was released in the month of November last year.

Recently, in an interview to IANS, Varun Dhawan had said that ‘Bhediya’ was not simply an intriguing werewolf tale, but an emotional rollercoaster that promises to keep one captivated. He added that the opportunity to portray Bhaskar was a once-in-a-lifetime privilege, which boosted his acting skills considerably.
