While many of her fans were dumbfounded, some industry experts termed it as a promotional strategy for her forthcoming projects. In fact, OTTPlay reported that her post could be a promotional campaign for her web series, Nandini, that delves into the dark practice of female infanticide.

I just hope I did justice.”

My wife gave me the novel by Sayantani Putatunda. After reading it I started writing the script. When we were discussing the lead cast the first name that came to my mind was Ritabhari. She is very passionate about her work. During the shoot, she would follow every minute detail and execute them accordingly.”
Snigdha’s life revolves around her family where we will see Debjani playing the role of her mother-in-law, Sandip playing the role of her father-in-law and Kinjal will play his husband. Other integral characters of the film are Suhotra Mukhopadhyay, Sweta Bhattacharya, and Alivia Sarkar.
