RK Suresh's next is a psycho thriller which has Anandhi, too, playing a lead role in it

Producer-turned-actor RK Suresh, who was previously seen in Vettai Naai earlier last year, has bagged another film. Directed by Raja Sekaran, the movie has been titled as White Rose. Tipped as a psycho thriller, it has Anandhi, too, essaying a lead role in it. Its first look and title were unveiled by SJ Suryah a few days ago.

According to a report in TOI, the movie is likely to go on floors from February in Chennai. The debutant director said that the film is based on a few real incidents that took place in the mortuary of a government hospital a while ago. In fact, it was one of the doctors there who approached Raja with the subject and checked with him if he could make a documentary on it.

However, he decided to make the intriguing events into a movie as he felt there were lot of scope in it to attract a huge number of audience. He also added that RK Suresh will appear in a never-before-seen role in the film. Quite contrary to his previous appearances, he will sport a stylish look for White Rose.

Apart from Anandhi, newbie Rooso has also been roped in to play a pivotal character in the project. Johan Shevanesh of Metro (streaming on Netflix) fame will be composing music for the film, while Navin Kumar will crank the camera.

John Mahendran has been brought on board to write the dialogues for the movie which has editing by Gopi Krishna and action choreography by Stunt Silva.

Rooso and Suresh are jointly producing the movie which has Kabilan and Dinesh handling the song lyrics and dance choreography respectively. Suresh has the much-awaited Visithiran ready for release. The film is the remake of Mollywood movie Joseph (streaming on Amazon Prime Video).
