Sabdham, the recently released Tamil film starring actor Aadhi Pinisetty in the lead role, is all set to make its OTT debut soon. Prime Video has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film, and will release on March 28.
Sabdham OTT release date: Where and when to stream horror thriller
After the success of Eeram, actor Aadhi Pinisetty once again joined hands with filmmaker Arivazhagan for a film titled Sabdham. Once again, a horror film, it hit the screens on February 28. After its theatrical run, the film will be made on Prime Video. The OTT release date is March 28. Sabdham is a horror thriller which is based on sounds, and marks the second time Aadhi is working with the director.
In Sabdham, Aadhi plays Ruben, a paranormal investigator who is called to work on the case of mysterious college students’ suicides at a medical college. While working with his own theories, he meets Avantika (Lakshmi Menon), a junior lecturer and resident doctor who does not believe in the supernatural and is working on her thesis on hallucinations. But when a third student also dies in a similar mysterious fashion, the case gets murkier.
The film also stars Simran, Laila, Redin Kingsley, MS Baskar, Rajiv Menon, and Vivek Prasanna in prominent parts. Written and directed by Arivazhagan, Thaman S has scored the music and Arun Bathmanaban has cranked the camera. 7G Siva has produced the film.

Arivazhagan, a former assistant of director Shankar, made the Tamil web series Tamil Rockerz starring Arun Vijay in the lead role. The series revolves around movie piracy and is available on SonyLIV and the OTTplay Premium app. The film Kuttram 23, is an action thriller starring Arun Vijay, and is also available on OTTplay Premium at discounted prices, along with on ZEE5. Another Arivazhagan film, the 2017 Aarathu Sinam, a remake of the Malayalam film Memories, is available on OTTplay Premium and SunNXT. It stars Arulnithi, Aishwarya Rajesh and Aishwarya Dutta.
