Breaking Through the Lens, a leading organisation dedicated to promoting gender equality in the entertainment industry, is hosting a roundtable discussion titled 'Activating Change' at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Shruti, a vocal advocate for women's rights, will attend it as the guest of honour. She will join a panel of filmmakers, industry leaders, and activists to discuss challenges and opportunities for women in the entertainment industry and how to create a more equitable and inclusive industry.

Both, Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya emerged biggest hits at the box office. She recently finished shooting for the multilingual movie Salaar. Starring Telugu superstar Prabhas in the lead role, Salaar is written and directed by Prashanth Neel of the KGF film series fame.
Salaar is one of the most awaited movies of 2023. Bankrolled by Hombale Films, the big-budget actioner also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu in the supporting roles.
It's said that Prithviraj is playing one of the main antagonists in the movie, which is also said to be a duology like the KGF franchise. An official confirmation from the producers, however, is awaited.
Shruti also has Nani's upcoming movie and an English movie titled The Eye in the pipeline.
