A few days ago, we at OTTplay reported that the show was kept on hold as its producer, Mahi V Raghav was busy with his new film Yatra 2. Now that the political drama has been released, Mahi is back to work and wants to release Save The Tigers 2 first.
We have now exclusively learned that the shooting for Save The Tigers 2 has already been completed. A source from the team says that the show will be released in March 2024 on Disney + Hotstar, and plans are being made for the same.

Well, the first season ended on a thumping note and the wait for the second season is on as of now. Teja Kakumanu directed this show which had Krishna Chaitanya, Priyadarshi, and Abhinav Gomatam as the main leads.
Save The Tigers was a sleeper hit on Disney + Hotstar. Before its release, not many even knew such a show was coming out in the first place. But once the show started streaming, the positive word of mouth spread and the show ended as a solid hit on OTT.

The first season showcased the lives of three frustrated husbands and how they get irritated with their wives played by Pavani Gangireddy, Sujatha, and Deviyani, and kidnap a popular heroine. All hell breaks loose and what happened next will be showcased in the second season.
The news is that the second season will be double the fun and clean entertainment. On the other hand, Mahi's other web series, Shaitan 2 which created a sensation on OTT will also be released this year. Watch this space for more.
