Audiences are excited to hop on the nostalgic ride by revisiting some of their favorite films on the big screen. The latest movie to join this bandwagon is Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda's Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana. It has been confirmed that the 2017 romantic comedy film will be re-released in theatres. Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana re-release date OUT!
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared an announcement about Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana's re-release on his official Instagram account. Directed by Ratnaa Sinha, the romantic comedy will be back in theatres on March 7, 2025. The film, starring Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda, will make a comeback 8 years since its theatrical release.
While sharing this update, the trade analyst penned, "RAJKUMMAR RAO - KRITI KHARBANDA: ‘SHAADI MEIN ZAROOR AANA’ RETURNS TO THEATRES ON 7 MARCH 2025... Marking the incredible 15-year journey of NationalAward-winning actor RajkummarRao in the Hindi film industry, the romantic drama ShaadiMeinZaroorAana is set for a *theatrical re-release* on 7 March 2025 (sic)."
For those unaware, the 2017 film was bankrolled by Vinod Bachchan under Soundarya Productions. It was presented and distributed by Deepak Mukut's Sohan Rockstar Entertainment. Rajkummar played the role of Satyendra Kumar Mishra while Kriti was seen as his wife Aarti Satyendra Mishra. Alka Amin, Manoj Pahwa, Govind Namdev, Karanvir Sharma and others were a part of the film's supporting star cast.
