Shaheb Bhattacherjee to join TV, Arjun Chakraborty makes a comeback too

Arjun Chakraborty started his career with the serial Ganer Opare opposite Mimi Chakraborty. He is now a regular face on films and OTT projects. But Arjun is making a comeback to television after a long time.

Arjun will play a doctor in the serial Anurager Chhowa. Why did he decide to return to television? In an interview with Anandabazar, Arjun said that nowadays serials can be seen on OTT platforms. Hence he wants to see himself in every medium. There is no difference between small screen, big screen, and web to him. Why did he agree to work in a small role? Arjun said that he has a long relationship with SVF. Anurager Chhowa is also a TRP topper. Hence he agreed. However, only time will tell how much he can move the serial forward, Arjun said. Arjun is working in Subhrajit Mitra's film Devi Choudhurani. He plays the character Rangaraj. Srabanti Chatterjee plays the protagonist in the film.

Meanwhile, according to reports, Saheb Bhattacherjee will also make his debut in serials. He has previously hosted several reality shows on television. He will play the protagonist in a new serial opposite Susmita Dey, who was last seen in the serial Panchami.
