Pitcher creates and sells a mobility device for elderly people

The latest promo of Shark Tank India Season 3 shows an entrepreneur Amey Desai, who claims to have devised a device that helps patients with Parkinson's disease be locomotive. The disease, for those who don't know, is a progressive disorder that affects the nervous system and the parts of the body controlled by the nerves.

On the show, Amey feels that his product is the country’s first product which helps to improve the mobility of elderly people. Anupam Mittal – the owner of a successful matrimonial site, sternly asked Amey, “Is there any mobility device in the world for Parkinson's disease?” Amey responded, “No. Not yet. My product is the first one.” Hearing this statement, the investors on the panel did not seem convinced. Only time will tell whether Amey cracked a deal or not.
