The Sandalwood hero's subtle, yet effective performance in the Rajinikanth-starrer's climax has won him several fans in Tamil Nadu and other territories. He had expressed his love for Chennai and the Tamil film industry many times in the past, leaving cinephiles excited. His admiration for Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan had taken everyone by surprise.
The senior actor has now expressed a wish to act alongside another leading Kollywood hero. In an interview with a leading TV channel, Shivanna has revealed that he is looking forward to sharing screen space with Ajith. He heaped praise on the Thunivu star's humane nature and added that he has been in awe of his bike riding videos.
He said, "He's a cute human being. I like his rawness and the manner in which he connects with people. It touches my heart." Shiva also said that he really liked Ajith's Viswasam. In fact, he was supposed to remake the movie in Kannada.
The actor is likely to make his debut in Malayalam soon. There are speculations of him teaming up with Prithviraj, though an official word is awaited. Meanwhile, the shooting of Ajith's Vidaa Muyarchi, produced by Lyca Productions, is expected to go on floors soon.
