Just a few months back, Elvish Yadav made news all over for winning the much-coveted trophy of Bigg Boss OTT 2. He was also the first ever wild card contestant to do so. Just after a few weeks of his winning, he was in the news again. This time round, it was for his alleged involvement in the by-now-infamous snake venom case. He was then sent to 14-day judicial custody.

Shocking details emerge from the 1200 page chargesheet

By now, everyone is aware that the last few months have been extremely struggling and troublesome for Elvish Yadav. Only recently, a 1200-page charge sheet was filed against him in an Uttar Pradesh court yesterday. The latest update on that case is that, many shocking details have now emerged from the chargesheet.

Elvish Yadav's reported modus operandi

As per a news report in NDTV, it has been reported that Elvish Yadav used a virtual phone number in order to arrange snake venom at parties and that the said virtual number which had been provided had not been not confined to a particular location or a device.

The said charge sheet also mentioned that, as and when there was a party organised, in which there was a requirement of snake venom, Elvish Yadav would land up using his virtual number in order to establish contact with his friend Vinay. Post that, Elvish, would then, reportedly, forward (read ‘convey’) the said instructions further to Ishwar, who would then, eventually pass them on to the snake charmer.

The said report also stated that, as per the chargesheet filed against Elvish Yadav, it was written that, of late, the snake charmers would land up reaching the party's locations along with their snakes. After thorough investigations, the police have now found Elvish Yadav’s virtual number on Vinay's call records. The police officials of Noida also had added that the banquet hall, which was used to extract venoms from the snakes, was actually owned by Ishwar.

Speaking to NDTV, Vidya Sagar Mishra (Senior Police Officer) had said that the venom which they had seized from the snake charmers belonged to krait snakes, who happen to be a member of the cobra family. The police officer added that they had filed a chargesheet against all named accused and that they had also included statements by a suitable number of witnesses, which also included an expert from Mumbai's Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology.
