Sirai movie 2025: Release date, plot, cast, OTT partner; Everything to know about Vikram Prabhu’s cop drama

Sirai is a crime drama film slated for release in December. The Tamil film is led by actor Vikram Prabhu who was earlier seen Tamil romantic drama Love Marriage, and Telugu actioner Ghaati. Sirai release date:

Sirai is a Tamil crime drama, and will be releasing in theatres on December 25. The film will be releasing along with another Tamil film Retta Thala.

Sirai plot:

Sirai is based on true events and revolves around escort squad of police department. With Vikram Prabhu playing a cop assigned to escort an accused to the court, the film deals with their journey and what happens after he loses track of the young man he is to produce to court.

Sirai cast and crew:

Sirai is headlined by Vikram Prabhu, with new faces like LK Akshay Kumar, Anishma Anilkumar, Ananda Thambirajah, playing pivotal roles. The film is directed by Suresh Rajakumari, with story penned by filmmaker Tamizh. The latter has also written the screenplay along with Suresh. Madhesh Manickam has shot the film with music scored by Justin Prabhakaran. Philomin Raj is the editor.

There are also some poignant emotional moments in the trailer before we jump back to the police's journey and how they must tackle the situation after the accused is found missing, along with the police's rifle.
