Sivakarthikeyan releases trailer of Arun Vijay's Yaanai; wins the hearts of movie buffs again

Sivakarthikeyan and Arun Vijay

A cold war of sorts is said to have existed between Sivakarthikeyan and Arun Vijay for a while. It all started when the latter allegedly made fun of the former's action avatar after the trailer of Seemaraja was released a few years ago. Though Arun had claimed that his Twitter page was hacked, the damage was done.

Later, a scene in Siva's Mr Local had a conversation between him and Sathish which reminded the audience of Arun's claim of his Twitter account having been hacked.

But a recent gesture of Siva won the hearts of many. Arun had taken to Twitter to request wishes on his son Arnav's birthday. The young child had made his acting debut recently with Oh My Dog. Siva surprised one and all by wishing Arnav a happy birthday.

Needless to say, film lovers were waiting for Arun's reply to the tweet. The Yennai Arindhaal star thanked Siva profusely, and mutual fans of the actors were more than happy to see both of them burying their differences.

Now, the trailer of Arun's upcoming movie Yaanai was launched at an event which was attended by the film's crew, including director Hari and other actors. Siva posted the trailer from his Twitter page and wished success to both Arun and Hari. His tweet read, "Happy to release the trailer of #Yaanai. Best wishes to @arunvijayno1 brother #DirectorHARI sir & entire team for a big success (sic)."

The comment section has been flooded by his fans who are going gaga over the star's magnanimity. Many went on to appreciate Siva's kindheartedness and said that others should take him as an inspiration in terms of staying grounded. It has to be seen how Arun Vijay is going to return the favour this time.
