Soumitrisha takes a trip to Kumortuli

Soumitrisha Kundu said a few days back that she never enjoyed performing in Mahalaya. This comment welcomed a number of trolls attacking her. Whatever her choice on her performance, Durga Puja is evidently close to her heart. That was why she went to Kumortuli to see the idol making before the puja. She affectionately touched Devi Durga's cheeks. 

Soumitrisha posted a video where she is seen wearing a red saree and white blouse. She looked gorgeous in light makeup with golden-colored jewellery and untied hair.

Soumitrisha was seen giving a pose embracing the idol and touching its cheek. The song Dugga Dugga was heard in the background. She wrote in the caption, “Dugga Alo.”

Many of her fans commented on the video. One person wrote, “Our sweet Durga. You look so cute in that outfit!” Another one said, “You look fabulous.” Some people commented that Soumitrisha, aka Mithairani, looked like the goddess. 

Soumitrisha will make her film debut opposite Dev in the film Pradhan.
