Soundarya Rajinikanth comes up with a surprise for Thalaivar fans who are enjoying Jailer on OTT

Soundarya, one of the daughters of Rajinikanth, has directed two movies in the past. She announced yesterday that a project she was busy with for the last few years has finally gone on floors. The series titled Gangs is being made for Amazon Prime.

Ashok Selvan plays the lead in it while May 6 Entertainment is producing it under the direction of Noah Abraham. Billed as an action drama, the project which has Soundarya as its showrunner is expected to drop on the digital platform next year.                              

Soundarya has a surprise for Rajinikanth fans who are enjoying Jailer

Fans of Rajinikanth extended their support and love for Soundarya when she made the announcement. She has now reciprocated it by coming up with a surprise for them. She posted a couple of pictures in which the Superstar is seen posing with the crew.

While one of the pics has Thalaivar standing along with the team members, the other one has him posing along with Ashok, Soundarya and Noah. The blockbuster film of Rajini, Jailer, has dropped today on Amazon Prime, and this surprise from Soundarya has left them thrilled.

Fans are awaiting an update on Thalaivar 170

Meanwhile, fans of Rajinikanth are now awaiting an update on Thalaivar 170 (tentative title), which has TJ Gnanavel at the helm. Lyca Productions is bankrolling the movie, the launch of which officially happened in Chennai more than a week ago.

The names of Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil and Manju Warrier among others are doing the rounds on social media with regard to playing key roles in the project. Billed as a social drama with an ample dose of action, the movie is likely to be released next year.
