Squid Game season 3 will release on June 27 this year. The release is not far, so the makers did not have much time to shoot and mix the episodes along. While the star cast from season 2 will more or less be the same, some new faces are expected to join the show. BTS' Kim Taehyung aka V, in particular, is speculated to be a part of this season. Further, Lee Jung-jae's Gi-hun is out to expose the system. Wi Ha-joon's Hwang Jun-ho might realize he has been played all along and could finally fight back in this season, and given how it is set on an island, we can expect to see some high-end action and technology involved there.
