SRH vs LSG, IPL 2023: Super Giants snatch victory from Sunrisers, win by 7 wickets

Lucknow Super Giants were behind the asking rate when the timeout was taken at the end of 13 overs. 

However, something was surely said at the timeout as there was a chnage int he way the LSG batters went about.

The turning point came in the 16th over from Abhishek Sharma - 6, wide, 6, wicket, 6, 6, 6. 

Prerak Mankad played the anchor's role.

After being hit for two SIXES, Abhishek has won the battle!

Abhishek's clever bowling saw Stoinis reach for the big shot and though he middled, there was no height and Samad takes a sharp catch near long-off.

de Kock went for the reverse sweep and got a top-edge. 

The ball went high and towards backward point and Abhishek moved to his left to take the catch.

The pressure to score surely got to Mayers as he holed out to mid-on.

However, it was a smart catch from the SRH captain who sprinted across, dived with both hands and held on.

A par total at this venue and SRH managed to get 182 runs on the board, but also lost SIX wickets.

Krunal Pandya had turned the game as he took back-to-back wickets.

Klaasen looked irritated and holed out to long-on. Prerak takes the catch, turns back at the crowd and then joins the rest of the mates.

18.3 over: Ball was called a no-ball and LSG reviewed it. The 3rd umpire reckons that the batter was slightly crouched and he calls it as a fair delivery. 

This came as a shocker and Samad was not impressed and has a chat with the square leg umpire, who looked bemused himself.

Later Klaasen was seen chauntering at the LSG dug-out as he too wasn't happy with the last ball call. Some argy-bargy as the crowd got involved too which got the on-field umpire to run all the way to the dug-out.

Andy Flower was having a chat with the umpire and things started to get ugly. 

Did someone throw something at the LSG dug-out? Not sure what exactly happened.

Krunal Pandya's ball took a sharp turn and ripped past Markram who was trying to play across the line.

Tripathi went for a hook, but ended up getting a top edge.
