Su From So X reviews: Netizens hail JP Thuminad-Raj B Shetty’s family entertainer as KFI saviour

They made absolutely no song and dance that they were making a film and then, out of the blue, announced they were ready to bring it to audiences. As a precursor, they dropped some glimpses of what to expect – an energetic dance number and a trailer. Then, they decided that the film and not those who made it, ought to talk and had a series of premiere shows in the run-up to the July 25 theatrical outing, and boy it did. The film in question is Su From So, produced by actor-filmmaker Raj B Shetty, who introduces popular Tulu artiste JP Thuminad as a filmmaker in Kannada.

Raj and JP first took the film to home ground and the feedback from the Mangaluru premiere was more than encouraging. Even if one were to discount that the team is popular in the coastal town, the response to the Shivamogga and Mysuru premieres only reaffirmed what was said in Mangaluru. A cracker of an entertainer was headed audience’s way. They followed that up with a series of paid premiere shows in Bengaluru too and it seems that Su from So has found its way into the hearts of audiences everywhere and they are all unanimous in saying that this is a must-watch in theatres.
