Suresh Kamatchi expresses confidence on his upcoming Nivin Pauly-starrer, posts a new working still

The shooting of producer Suresh Kamatchi's seventh project commenced last year at Dhanushkodi. Though the film directed by Ram is yet to be titled, makers have been posting working stills from various locations at regular intervals. Nivin Pauly plays the protagonist in the movie which has Soori and Anjali among others essaying pivotal roles.

Earlier today, Suresh took to Twitter to post a new working still, featuring Nivin, Ram, stunt director Silva, art director Umesh, Soori and cinematographer Ekambaram along with himself and said that he is satisfied with the movie. Apparently, he watched the rushes of the project and was all praise for performances from Nivin and Soori apart from Ram's direction.

Suresh added that the movie will be another milestone in Ram's career and that there's a surprise for movie buffs in store. An actor whose name has been kept under wraps is doing a special role in the film; his presence is considered to be one of the highlights of the project.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music for the film which marks the second outing of Nivin in Tamil after Richie (streaming on Amazon Prime Video). The untitled movie is Ram's fifth directorial project; Mammootty-starrer Peranbu (streaming on Amazon Prime Video) was his last film.

Nivin, who was last seen in Mollywood film Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham (streaming on Disney+ Hotstar), has Rajeev Ravi's Thuramukham next which is set for a theatrical release on June 3. Padavettu is another movie of his which will hit screens this year.

The actor had won the hearts of a lot of fans in Tamil Nadu post the sensational success of his Malayalam film Premam (streaming on Disney+ Hotstar) which was released in 2015. Movie buffs are eagerly waiting to know what he has in store for them with his latest Tamil film.
