Sushmita Sen’s co-star Vikas Kumar reveals SHOCKING DETAILS about the former beauty queen’s health

Around a month ago, the former beauty queen Sushmita Sen took to social media and made a shocking announcement stating that she had suffered a heart attack. The ‘Aarya’ actress took to social media and posted “Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most Shona” (Wise words by my father sen subir). I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back…Angioplasty done…stent in place…and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart’. Lots of people to thank for their timely aid & constructive action…will do so in another post! This post is just to keep you (my well wishers & loved ones) informed of the good news …that all is well & I am ready for some life again!!! I love you guys beyond!!!! #godisgreat #duggadugga”. Needless to say that this news had everyone worried about Sushmita’s health.

Recently, Sushmita Sen’s co-star from ‘Aarya’ Vikas Kumar (who plays the role of ACP Khan in the series), in an interview with News18, revealed that Sushmita Sen had suffered a heart attack after landing in Jaipur for ‘Aarya 3’s shoot and that she came to know about it later. He added that the shooting for ‘Aarya’ (season 3), (which will be streamed on Disney+ Hotstar), was halted after Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack earlier this year. He also added that, the team was most likely to resume shooting of ‘Aarya 3’ in Jaipur very soon.

Vikas Kumar also said that a major chunk of season 3 of ‘Aarya’ was done. And, since the show has been based in Rajasthan, there were some outside scenes that they had to shoot in Jaipur. And, when they landed there (in Jaipur), unfortunately, Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack. Vikas also added that, they didn’t know at first about it, but, ultimately in a couple of days, they got to know, when she (Sushmita Sen) had revealed it to the world.

Vikas Kumar continued by saying that even she (Sushmita Sen) didn’t know what happened in the beginning. And when she came to know about it later, she told the world about it and that’s how they got to know. He added that, after shooting for just one day, they realised that they could not proceed. By then, it was obvious that was not just a day or two affair, but they needed to stop and that’s why they stopped for a bit.
