The second season of Suzhal The Vortex, the crime drama series featuring actors Kathir and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles, is now available for streaming on Prime Video. The series is available in five languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
Suzhal The Vortex Season 2 out on OTT: Where to stream Pushkar-Gayatri’s crime drama series
Suzhal The Vortex is the one of the successful long-format series that worked in Tamil entertainment space. Created by Pushkar and Gayatri jointly, the crime drama series’ first season was welcomed with positive reception. Following this, Prime Video greenlit the second season. Announced as a grander and more star-studded, the second season is now available on the streaming platform from February 28. You can watch the series in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages with English subtitles.
With actors Aishwarya Rajesh and Kathir reprising their roles as Nandini and Sakkarai respectively, the second season is the continuation of the storyline from first, but takes a different route and a new milieu. It is set in Kaalipattinam against the backdrop of Ashtakaali festival. When lawyer Chellappa who is defending Nandini, now in jail for killing her abuser, is found dead, SI Kathir takes charge of the case and has to find who is the killer.

Actors Lal, Saravanan, Manjima Mohan, Kayal Chandran, Gouri G Kishan, Samyuktha Viola Viswanathan, Monisha Blessy, Rini, Shrisha, Abhirami Bose, Nikhila Sankar, Kalaivani Bhaskar, Ashwini Nambiar, Chandini Tamilarasan are the new additions in second season.
The eight-episode season is directed by Bramma and Sarjun KM. Abraham Joseph is the cinematographer and Sam CS has scored the music. Richard Kevin is the editor of the series.
