Malayalam actress Swasika has played bold female characters, from the title character of Vasanthi to Selena in Chathuram. The latest news about the actress is that she is all set to play yet another strong character in debutant Lal Bijo's next, Vambathi. The movie, which takes place in Malappuram, narrates the character development of a regular girl into a bold and confident woman as a result of unforeseen challenges that she encounters.
The makers of the film have given a glimpse of the upcoming thriller with the release of its first poster on their social media handles. The poster showcases their concealed identities that are veiled by their cascading locks, creating an aura of intrigue around the group. Swasika looks intense as the protagonist in the glimpse.
