It is not a secret that Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu will come together for the first time in filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani’s next titled ‘Dunki’. Taapsee Pannu’s views on Dunki

In an interview with Variety today evening, Taapsee said, “If after ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan,’ people are feeling that it’s going to be another big magnum opus of action, no it’s not going to be that. It is Shah Rukh Khan in Rajkumar Hirani's world, it is all of us in Rajkumar Hirani's world. It has got the humour and emotion of his films, you are going to laugh, you are going to cry, you are going to take something back home which he very subtly conveys without harping too hard on it. There is always a certain takeaway in his films and this film is also going to do that.”

Is Dunki postponed?

According to a press release issued by the makers of the film this morning, Dunki is not postponed.

“It is confirmed that there is no postponement in the release and the film will be released on Christmas 2023,” read the statement.
