Takkar sneak peek 3: A stubborn Divyansha Kaushik rejects a prospective groom after she finds him boring

Siddharth's Takkar, directed by Karthik G Krish, is hitting screens in Tamil and Telugu on June 9. The makers have been releasing a set of promo videos in the last few days. Divyansha Kaushik plays the female lead in the film which has Munishkanth and Yogi Babu among others essaying pivotal roles.

The team has now come up with another sneak peek which reveals a crucial scene from the project to the viewers. It features an irritated Divyansha waking up from bed and is visibly seen pissed off.

Her father (played by Arun Vaidyanathan) goes in search of her in the house without knowing that she went and sat inside her car. He asks her why she is not in talking terms with his prospective son-in-law, to which she replies that they broke up.

The shocked father enquires the reason and she tells that her groom is a boring person and that she can't imagine leading a life with him. The annoyed father tries to pacify her by explaining the young man's achievements in professional life, but his daughter has clearly moved on.

Divyansha plays a rational and unromantic person who doesn't believe in love in the film. The movie revolves around how its protagonist (played by Siddharth) encounters a series of unexpected incidents that changes his life forever. The chemistry between the two actors is expected to be the highlight of Takkar which has been bankrolled by Passion Studios.

Netflix acquired the movie's post theatrical digital rights a while ago. Nivas K Prasanna's music is said to be another USP of the project.
