Tekka: Kaushik Sen to play a key character in Srijit Mukherji’s film

Srijit Mukherji, one of the leading Bengali thriller makers, makes his films full of stars and wonderful music. His next film Tekka is expected to walk along the same path. The cards hidden in the director's hand are coming one after another. We already know that apart from Dev, Rukmini Maitra, Swastika Mukherjee, Tota Roychoudhury, and Paran Banerjee will play key characters in the film. 

The most recent news is that Koushik Sen will play an important role in Tekka. Aajkaal Dot In reported that Koushik confirmed the news. “I am again working with Srijit. I play Dev’s elder brother. Srijit's film means thrills. The shooting will start in a couple of days. My shooting will take place in Kolkata.”

Koushik is also playing Sherlock Holmes' elder brother in BBC’s Sherlock Holmes series, directed by Srijit. He did the shooting in Santiniketan and Mumbai. The last two days’ work of the shooting is going on in Kolkata. Koushik will be seen along with Ranvir Shorey and Kay Kay Menon. His group Swapnasandhani will produce a new play in May. Koushik is excited about that. He recently worked in the serial Godhuli Alap, produced by Raj Chakraborty. When will he again work on television? Koushik said that he is not currently thinking about it.
