Tenant: Character promo of Polimera 2 star Satyam Rajesh’s murder mystery out

Satyam Rajesh, who has consistently reinvented himself as an actor in a wide variety of roles and scored a hit with Maa Oori Polimera 2 last weekend, will next be seen in a thriller titled Tenant. He shares screenspace alongside Megha Choudhary, Chandana Payyavula, Bharat Kant, Tej Dileep and others in the film directed by Y Yugandhar, who has also written the screenplay and dialogues.

Mogulla Chandrasekhar Reddy of Maha Teja Creations, who earlier bankrolled the critically acclaimed OTT release Adbhutham, is the producer of Tenant. The film is touted to be a murder mystery, where the screenplay and the emotions are expected to be the major highlights. The makers embarked on a promotional campaign recently with the launch of the title glimpse. A new character promo was unveiled today.

The promo opens at the parking lot of an apartment and leads to a particular floor in the building; there are motifs of time, after which various characters in the film are introduced. From Aadukalam Naren to Ester Noronha, followed by Chandana Payyavula, Megha Chaudhary, the video ends with an intense pose of Satyam Rajesh. The tense background score contributes to the anxiety in the ambience.

Tenant, much like Polimera 2 for Satyam Rajesh, is expected to be fast-paced, slick with minimal distractions in the narrative. Concept-driven thrillers have always created wonders in Telugu cinema in the past and one can’t wait to see what the team of Tenant has in store. The release date will be confirmed soon and other details about the teaser, trailer will be announced shortly.

Dhana Bala, Chandu, Anurag, Ramya Kolthuri, Meghna are also part of the lineup. Co-produced by Ravinder Reddy N, Tenant’s story is written by YS Srinivas Varma. Vijay Mukthavarapu is the editor and Jemin Jom Ayyaneth cranks the camera. Sahitya Sagar is both the composer and the sole lyricist for Tenant.
