Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, starring Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor, has completed 10 successful days at the box office. The film, directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, has now successfully entered the Rs 100 crore club. After 10 days, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has managed to make exactly Rs 100 crore in total—Rs 56.80 crore nett (Rs 68.50 crore gross) in India and $3.75 million (Rs 31.50 crore) internationally.

Shahid Kapoor's box office comeback

Although Shahid has charmed audiences with the OTT show Farzi and the film Bloody Daddy, his last theatrical release, Jersey, was a big dud at the box office. With Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, the actor has made a much-needed comeback into the film business. His last box office hit was Kabir Singh, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, which was released in 2019.

On Monday, the sci-fi romantic comedy saw an overall occupancy rate of 12.17 percent, according to Sacnilk. Mumbai's occupancy rate was 18.5 percent, thanks to the Shivaji Jayanti holiday. 10 percent of spaces were occupied in Delhi and the NCR.

With some remaining momentum, this Shahid-Kriti starrer still has the potential to earn somewhere between Rs 125 crore and Rs 130 crore before finishing off its run at the ticket window.

All said and done, the film is unquestionably a hit at the box office. The film business will be in far better shape than it is now with more box office successes like Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya plot

Tech developer Aryan (Shahid Kapoor) is single and ready to get married, but he just can't seem to find and fall for the right woman. In addition to being Aryan's aunt, Urmila (Dimple Kapadia) founded E-Robotics, one of the top robotics companies in the United States.

When Aryan travels to the USA for a project led by his aunt, he meets Kriti Sanon's robot, Sifra (designed by Dimple's character), with whom he eventually falls in love. The narrative that follows demonstrates Aryan's coping mechanisms with his love for a robot and his efforts to conceal her identity from his family.

The film is a one-time watch with entertaining one-liners and amazing performances. It also stars veteran actor Dharmendra as Shahid's character's grandfather.
