The 2023 Malayalam film, Thaal, has finally made its digital debut. The campus drama, starring Anson Paul in the lead role, is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video on rent for the time being.

Malayalam films such as Perumani and Nadikar became accessible on Amazon Prime Video recently this month. Vasanthi is another flick that made its OTT debut this week on Manorama Max. In a gripping story with romantic references, Thaal weaves together the college recollections of two distinct generations. The film's protagonists are Mithran and Vishwa, who graduated twenty-three years earlier. Due of Vishwa's aggressive tendencies and mood swings, couples had to separate as a result of severe mental health issues. The movie's main focus is the aftermath of these tragedies. It is stated that actual events that took place in Kerala served as the inspiration for the story. In December 2023, the movie was shown on the big screen.
Raja Saagar made his directorial debut with this campus thriller. The technical team for the film, which was written by journalist Dr G Kishore, comprises cinematographer Sinu Siddharth and editor Pradeep Shankar. The film's soundtrack was composed by Biji Pal. Rahul Madhav, Aaradhya Ann, Renji Panicker, Rohini, Devi Ajith, Sidharth Siva, Noby Marcose, Sreedhanya, Arun Kumar, and Mareena Michael are among the supporting cast members of the movie. Biji Bal composed the film's music. Recently, Anson Paul starred in the supporting role of Marco, which is available on OTTplay Premium and Sony LIV.
