Filmmaker Venkat Prabhu and actor-singer Premgi Amaren are adorable brothers in Kollywood who many envy for the warm relationship they share with each other. They often come up with quirky videos featuring the two of them, leaving everyone elated. Naga Chaitanya, who played the lead in Venkat's Custody recently, said that he felt jealous seeing the duo's rapport and companionship.

Now, on National Brother's Day today, Premgi has posted a video from his social media page which features his brother, too. The hilarious video has won appreciation from their fans and has left many in splits.

It begins with Premgi waiting for Venkat while the latter surprises him with a bottle of whiskey in his hand. The former thanks him and takes away the bottle from him, leaving the filmmaker stunned. The video has garnered more than 1 lakh views on Twitter itself after a few hours of posting it.

Meanwhile, fans of Vijay have been asking about the update on Thalapathy 68 to Venkat Prabhu who is at the helm of the project. The movie to be produced by AGS Entertainment is said to be releasing as a summer outing in 2024.

This is the first time Vijay and Venkat are joining hands for a film. The speculation associated with the movie has already begun on social media. The former has Leo awaiting release on October 19 while the latter's Custody which was released in Tamil and Telugu almost a couple of weeks ago received mixed response.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped in to compose music for the movie. The musician is going to compose for a Vijay-starrer after a long time. It isn't sure if Premgi would be part of the movie, though.
