The Boys are gearing up for a comeback, in a new season that promises to be as unhinged and exciting as the previous ones. The makers have unveiled the official trailer for the series’ new season, and it shows our hero vigilantes' lives changed drastically.

Homelander’s devastation after what happened with Stormfront starts to push him further into insanity, a fact that is not lost on Starlight. Hughie finds himself in the employ of the government, supervising Butcher of all people. Butcher is seen laying low for a while, staying out of trouble and meeting up with Ryan after Becca’s death. But Butcher’s peaceful stint does not last long, as he himself seems to inject the super serum and gain powers similar to that of Homelander, to ‘level the playing field’. The trailer also features glimpses of Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, a new character introduced in season 3.
