The breezy romantic Naan Pizhai song, featuring Sethupathi and Nayanthara, is an instant addiction

The first and second single from Vignesh Shivan's romantic drama Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal were released earlier by the makers. They have now unveiled its third single, titled Naan Pizhai. The breezy song, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, features Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in it. 

While Sethupathi is seen charming in the song which has lyrics written by Vignesh Shivan himself, Nayanthara looks angelic. The duo was earlier seen as a pair in Vignesh's Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (streaming on MX Player and Jio Cinema), too. Unlike the 2015 film, this time, the actors appear in seemingly matured characters.

Ravi G and Shashaa Tirupati's voices have complemented the beautiful lyrics and soothing composition. Sethupathi is seen sporting white shirt and denim jeans throughout the song while Nayanthara is seen attired in vibrant outfits. They were last seen together in the crime thriller Imaikkaa Nodigal (streaming on Amazon Prime Video).

Samantha is another actor who plays the lead in Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. She plays Khatija while Sethupathi and Nayanthara essays Rambo and Kanmani respectively. The team had earlier released the character posters of all the three actors. The movie which was initially rumoured to be a direct-to-OTT release was later supposed to hit the screens in December.

However, the makers postponed the plan and now it is said to be a February release. Prabhu, Kala and Redin Kingsley play pivotal characters in the project which has been jointly produced by Vignesh's Rowdy Pictures and Lalit Kumar's Seven Screen Studios. 

SR Kathir and Vijay Kartik Kannan have cranked the camera for the movie which has editing by Sreekar Prasad. According to sources, the movie might release along with Sivakarthikeyan's Don. Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal marks the third collaboration of Vignesh and Anirudh.
