Among other celebrities, The Broken News season 2 actors Jaideep Ahlawat, Sonali Bendre and Shriya Pilgaonkar have also urged their fans to go out and exercise their right to vote. The Broken News Season 2 actors on casting votes

In the message, Jaideep Ahlawat and Shriya Pilgaonkar talk about viewers switching TV channels and scrolling through social media. That’s when Sonali Bendre steps in and asks people to cast their votes in the ongoing elections.

“Election ka time hai aur sawaal hai desh ka,” Jaideep is heard saying. Sonali adds, “Toh apna neta khud chuno.” The two are clear that you, who is reading this, need to cast the vote to have a say in who should run the country.

Starring Sonali Bendre, Jaideep Ahlawat and Shriya Pilgaonkar, The Broken News S2 is now out on Zee5 and OTTplay Premium. The show sees the battle between Radha Bhargava (Shriya) and Dipankar Sanyal (Jaideep) get fierce and intense. Witness the role Amina Qureshi (Sonali) plays in the fight between the two.

Being the editor-in-chief of the imprisoned Radha, Amina takes it upon herself to keep Radha safe in prison and also gets her out on bail as soon as possible. She keeps her promise and Radha is finally out of prison. Amina guides Radha all the way, especially during her rift with Dipankar. Amina is of the belief to not let emotions rule when it comes to journalism.

Dipankar is the reason Radha was tagged as a terrorist on National Television and thus, eventually imprisoned. It, obviously, was a false claim. Nonetheless, Radha’s life is in danger in the second season. There was an attempt to murder as the Radha-Dipankar battle got more intense than ever.

While Sonali, Shriya and Jaideep play the lead roles, the show also features Akshay Oberoi, Indraneil Sengupta and Taaruk Raina in pivotal roles.
