Hollywood star Anne Hathaway and actor Nicholas Galitzine’s romantic drama film, The Idea of You, is all set to make its OTT premiere. The film showcases an unconventional romantic relationship between an older woman and a 24-year-old popular singer. Helmed by Michael Showalter, The Idea of You is based on Robinne Lee’s novel of the same name.

Plot
The film revolves around the love affair between Solene, an art curator, and Hayes, a popular boyband star. After meeting at the Coachella music festival, the two form a beautiful bond that gets popular media attention, causing a ruckus in Solene’s mind. Will Solene listen to her heart and pursue her relationship with Hayes form the film's storyline.

The trailer begins by revealing the first interaction between Solene (Anne Hathaway) and Hayes (Nicholas), marked by an instant connection between them. After meeting Solene, Hayes even dedicates a song to her on stage. After the stint at Coachella, Hayes tracks down Solene to her art store and bonds with her. The two begin to form a beautiful connection, not worried about ‘what people will say’ about their relationship. The hiccups occur in their relationship after the media learns about their love affair and tries to invade their privacy. What will Solene do now and how will she deal with this new-found attention form the plotline of the film.
