The Manor release date: When and where to watch the Welcome to Bloomhouse horror thriller

Insidious actress Barbara Hershey returns with another supernatural thriller, The Manor, which is part of Welcome to the Blumhouse 2021 slate. Other films include Bingo Hell and Black as Night on October 1, and Madres on October 8.

What is The Manor about?

Judith Albright, played by Hershey, moves to an assisted living facility after facing a mild stroke. Things start taking a turn when she experiences strange occurrences and nightmarish visuals around her. She starts feeling the presence of a supernatural thing in the big estate, and the storyline continues thrillingly as the residents begin to die.

Who are the cast and crew?

Helmed by Axelle Carolyn, the gothic tale is inspired from her own experience of seeing her family members in nursing homes. The director is popular for the 2013 movie Soulmate, The Haunting of Bly Manor and the latest season of American Horror Story. 

Meanwhile, Hershey is a senior artist who has an experience for over 50 years in the career. The cast also includes Jill Larson, Fran Bennet and Katie Amanda Keane.
