Telugu star Prabhas leads the horror comedy The Raja Saab. He plays Raju, who sets out to find his long estranged grandfather for the sake of his ailing grandmother. However, he ends up in a mansion, ruled by a spirit. Director Maruthi helms the film, which boasts of an ensemble cast Sanjay Dutt, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Zarina Wahab. Though the big-budgeted movie ended up as a disaster, The Raja Saab is awaited in the digital space.

Kapil Sharma could be best known for his chat shows The Great Indian Kapil Show. But he returned to the big screens with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2. Kapil plays Mohan Sharma who ends up marrying not one but three women, who follow different religions. Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 too had a forgettable box office outing after it arrived in cinemas a week after Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar.

Sivarkarthikeyan leads this Tamil period film, which depicts the anti-Hindi imposition stir in Tamil Nadu during the 1950s. Sudha Kongara directed the film, which also features Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa and Sreeleela. Parasakthi escaped a box office clash after Vijay’s Jana Nayagan got entangled in censor issues. But still the film underperformed at the box office.

Mindiyum Paranjum released in theatres for Christmas 2025, but hardly made a dent at the box office as Sarvam Maya became the festival winner. However, the film did garner decent reviews from critics. The movie narrates the tale of a young married couple in a long-distance relationship. Actors Unni Mukundan and Aparna Balamurali play the lead roles of the couple. Another Malayalam film, Nellikkampoyil Night Riders, also drops on Zee5 and OTTplay Premium this week.
