The Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon-starrer Garudan and Sharaf U Dheen's Tholvi FC were the two big Malayalam releases that released in theatres on November 3. Director Arun Varma's Garudan is a courtroom thriller, while Tholvi FC, directed by George Kora, is a comedy drama. Garudan races ahead at the box office; Tholvi FC manages a successful run
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Garudan saw a strong opening at the box office, grossing approximately ₹6.12 crore in India in the first four days. Breaking down the Kerala box office collections, the film raked in an impressive ₹1.15 crore on the day of its release, followed by ₹1.65 crore on the second day. The film's performance was even more impressive on the third day, since it crossed the ₹2.50 crore mark, resulting in a cumulative total of ₹5.30 crore over the remarkable three-day run. On the 5th day of its release, Garudan has made around ₹14 lakh in India on day 5, taking its box office total up to ₹6.26 crore.
Tholvi FC, which collected ₹25 lakh on day 1, raked in ₹32 lakh on the second day. By its fourth day, the Sharf U Dheen starrer managed to collect approximately ₹22 lakh, resulting in a cumulative total of ₹1.50 crore.

Garudan is a cat-and-mouse chase with dark secrets between an officer and a professor who set off to uncover a complex case filled with many mysteries. The film has an ensemble cast that includes Siddique, Dileesh Pothan, Jagadish, Abhirami, Divya Pillai, Thalaivasal Vijay, Arjun Nandakumar, Major Ravi, Balaji Sharma, Santhosh Keezhatoor, Ranjith Kangol, Jace Jose, Malavika, Josukutty, and Chaitanya Prakash.

Sharaf U Dheen's family drama Tholvi FC, directed by George Kora, narrates the story of a dysfunctional family. The movie also features Johny Antony, Asha Madathil, Althaf Salim and Meenakshi Raveendran in pivotal roles.
Suresh Gopi’s upcoming projects
Suresh Gopi will commence the shooting of his long-delayed revenge thriller, tentatively titled SG251. Directed by Rahul Ramachandran, the film is backed by Abaam Movies. Apart from that, the Garudan star will also be seen in JSK, Ottakkomban and Oruperumkaliyattam.
