The album of upcoming film’s Thug Life was unleashed at a grand event that took place on Saturday in Chennai. Headlined by Kamal Haasan, the film will see the reunion of the actor-politician with celebrated director Mani Ratnam and composer AR Rahman. While the album has been getting a good response from audience, out of the eight songs, Vinveli Nayaga sung by Shruti Haasan is being celebrated by netizens.

Thug Life is one of the most expected releases from Tamil cinema and is scheduled to release on June 5 in theatres. The film marks the reunion of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam after 38 years since the release of their iconic film Nayakan. On Sunday, the audio launch of Thug Life witnessed the singers performing the songs from the album. One of them was Vinveli Nayaga, which is crooned by Shruti Haasan for her father Kamal Haasan.
