Recently, the costars graced the Day 1 event of the India Today Conclave and shared some insights about their action film. During a candid conversation, Tiger Shroff hailed Akshay Kumar by calling him our Tom Cruise and lauding his action craft.

Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff attended Day 1 of the Conclave 2024 event in Delhi. In a special session titled ‘Bade Miyan vs Chote Miyan: Double Dose of an Action Ride,’ Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff revealed some key insights about their upcoming action-comedy film and their working experience as a power duo.

During a candid conversation, Tiger Shroff, who teamed up with Akshay Kumar for the first time, expressed gratitude for working with him. He also called him the original action hero and India’s own Tom Cruise for his stunts and meticulous craft. “The most special thing was to work with the original action hero, our very own Tom Cruise, Mr Akshay Kumar,” Tiger told the news outlet.

The Heropanti star also praised Akshay and acknowledged him as his idol. He revealed that sharing the screen with him has been a wonderful experience, as he got to learn and see him up “close and personal.” Notably, the duo confessed to having spent a considerable amount of time together, both on screen and off screen.
