The film Chamber will hold a key meeting to resolve release tensions surrounding Eagle and Ooru Peru Bhairavakona, which are both set to release in theatres on February 9.

Ravi Teja's Eagle was supposed to hit the screens on January 13, 2024, as a Sankranthi special. But as multiple films, Guntur Kaaram, Saindhav, Naa Saami Ranga, and HanuMan, were set for release at the same time, the Film Chamber in Hyderabad conducted a meeting and requested Ravi Teja to back off and find a new release date in February.
The chamber also promised that whenever Ravi Teja fixes his release date, they will not allow any other film to be released alongside Eagle. Taking this into consideration, the makers of Eagle set February 9, 2024, as their release date and are now busy promoting their film.
In all this, Sundeep Kishan has suddenly announced that his film Ooru Peru Bhairavakona will also be released on the same date of February 9. This has upset the makers of Eagle big time. Yesterday, the makers penned an aggressive letter to the film chamber, reminding them of the word given about helping Eagle have a solo release.
On the other hand, Yatra 2, the biopic of YS Jagan, is being released on February 8, 2024. The makers of Eagle suggested that Sundeep Kishan's film could change its date and come a day early. But as Yatra 2 is a propaganda film and has the backing of the AP government, no one has the guts to change its release date or allow another film to be released alongside it.
Seeing all this, the film chamber is all set to hold a meeting tonight and solve the issue. So, we need to see what the chamber will do in this regard. Eagle has been directed by Karthik Ghattamaneni and has Kavya Thapar as the female lead. Ravi Teja will be seen in a stylish new look in this film.
Ooru Peru Bhairavakona is also quite important for Sundeep Kishan, as he has yet to score a hit in the longest time. Only time will tell what will happen to the release dates of these important projects. Watch this space for more.
