Tollywood film Vivaha Bhojanambu to be remade in Tamil; cast and crew details to be out soon

The recently released Vivaha Bhojanambu joins the list of Telugu films which will be remade in Tamil. Produced by actor Sundeep Kishan, along with KS Sinish, the film stars Satya Akkala and Aarjavee Raj in lead roles. Srikanth Iyyengar, Sudarshan, Subbaraya Sharma and TNR among others also played pivotal roles in the movie which had a cameo by Sundeep. 

The comic caper had a premiere on SonyLIV almost a couple of months ago. The project, which marked Sundeep's third production venture, went on floors in 2020. S Manikandan cranked the camera for the film which has editing by Chota K Prasad.        

KE Gnanavel Raja's production house Studio Green has acquired the remake rights of the movie and they took to Twitter to announce the same. It is expected that another announcement on the project regarding its cast and crew will be made soon. The tweet read, "Team @StudioGreen2 is excited to announce the acquisition of the Tamil Remake rights of Super Hit Entertainer #Vivahabhojanambu. Cast & crew announcement soon." Both Sundeep and Sinish took to their Twitter accounts to wish the production house and said they can't wait to watch the film in Tamil soon. 

Studio Green is currently busy with Krishna's Pathu Thala, starring Silambarasan and Gautham Karthik in lead roles. The action movie is a remake of Kannada movie Mufti which had Shivarajkumar and Srimurali essaying lead roles. The production house had recently taken to social media to inform movie lovers that a crucial schedule of the film was being canned at Vizag, which has Gautham being a part in it. 

The first look of Pathu Thala was unveiled by AR Rahman earlier this year, who is also composing music for the project. The musician and director had teamed up 15 years ago for Suriya-starrer Sillunu Oru Kadhal.
