Tom Holland recently spoke about his desire to collaborate with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.
He was interacting with Associated Press, where he said he sees both actors as friends. After all, the three actors have played Spider-Man on screen.
“We are the only three people to have played this character on the big screen, so there is an affiliation between us”, said Holland.
He said he believes they have a communal bond, and they feel like long-lost brothers to him. He added that he would like to share the screen with them, though he is not sure if they will get to wear the Spider-Man suit together.
Holland’s statement comes after the heavy speculations about the old Spider-Mans returning to Spider-Man: No Way Home.
There has been no official confirmation on Maguire and Garfield’s appearance in the film, yet fans are anticipating the reunion on a high scale. The fact that the supervillains from previous features are together in No Way Home, has added strong affirmations to the buzz.
While Maguire has remained mum about the matter, Garfield maintains the impression that he is not in the film. The actor was recently seen in Tick, Tick…Boom! as playwright Jonathan Larson.
No Way Home is all set to hit the Indian cinemas on December 16. The movie cast includes Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina, Willem Dafoe and Thomas Haden Church.
