Jackson Wang meets Hrithik Roshan

Long before Jackson Wang landed in India, there were reports that the singer might meet Hrithik Roshan and it became true. On June 12, Rakesh Roshan took to his Instagram account and shared a picture featuring Jackson. The singer joined the Roshan family including Hrithik Roshan for dinner. In the picture, Hrithik posed with Jackson while the latter hugged Pinkie Roshan. Meanwhile, Jackson also met Karan Johar and singer Sonu Nigam.

Jackson Wang tries vada pav and different Indian foods

Fans couldn’t hold their excitement when pictures and videos of Wang enjoying famous street food like vada pav, surfaced online. He also tried pani puri. Speaking to Bombay Times, Wang said, “Although it was a little spicy, I really like it. That thing they put in the middle, the mashed potatoes, I really love that. However, my favourite was the Dahi Puri.”

The singer also tried fresh sugarcane juice on the streets of Bandra. He said, “I will wear the Kurta on my way back home. And I will love to wear it in China, I think it will be a hit.” Not stopping here, Jackson also played cricket with a group of youngsters and said, “Playing cricket reminded me of my high school days. I had so much fun.”

The videos and photos of Jackson getting a warm welcome in India right after he landed, went viral on social media. In the video clips, Jackson is seen smiling, waving to fans, and accepting gifts during a handshake before heading to the hotel.

He was also greeted with a traditional Indian welcome. The staff formally greeted him by applying a tilak on his forehead. He also shook his legs with the Kathak dancers.

One of the most interesting things that caught everyone’s attention was when Jackson candidly talked about Krrish 4 in an interview with Pinkvilla. He playfully shared that he is in Krrish 4 and immediately added, “just kidding. I’m sorry, I’m an extrovert—please accept that. I like to mix sh*t up. Maybe I’m gonna tell him tonight."

Talking about whether he is interested in composing music for Krrish 4, the Buck singer said, “Bro, anytime, please, for free. Like it’s my honor."

Jackson, who is often called 'the greenest flag ever' by his fans worldwide, once again won hearts when the pop icon offered sweets to the paps at an event in Mumbai. The paps were visibly touched by his gesture and said, ‘I love you.' 

Meanwhile, Jackson is in Mumbai primarily to promote his upcoming album 'Magic Man 2. On the other hand, Jackson already met Hrithik Roshan when the singer came to India in 2023 to perform at the Lollapalooza Music Festival.
