Tumm Se Tumm Tak faces flak due to 27-year age gap

In the show, the age gap between Sharad and Niharika's characters is 27 years, and this did not sit right with fans. They expressed their dissatisfaction with the show's storyline, especially the love affair between the two main characters, which has a significant age gap of 27 years.

One social media user wrote, "They are showing anything... 19 years and 46 years is a bit too much. Even if they had kept it to 35, it would have been fine. But this pairing has no appeal to me."

Another commented, “Why is it always the girl who's younger and the boy who's older? It's always the same topic and logic."

“What bothers me is that how this Sharad agreed to do something like this," one social media user commented, while another asked, “I did not expect this from him. Why did he agree to do this?"

Meanwhile, as per reports, the upcoming show, Tumm Se Tumm Tak, is a remake of a hit Marathi show, Tula Pahate Re. It is helmed by Prateek Sharma.
