Unni Mukundan has expressed his appreciation on social media for his upcoming movie, Jai Ganesh, which is set to hit the big screen on April 11. “Just finished watching JaiGanesh. Keeping aside my modesty, I will honestly say that JaiGanesh is the best film that I have been a part of as an actor,” he wrote on Instagram.
Unni Mukundan and Mahima Nambiar are the lead actors in this family entertainer. A new movie poster with the caption "Unleash The Power Within" showed the actor's character in a wheelchair alongside a heavily built man in shadows.

The shadow appears on a large strip of comic book storyboard, which forms the background of the poster. The film looks to be a fantasy drama with a compelling plot and entertaining aspects from the outset.
The most attention was focused on the wheelchair-using protagonist, with fans of the actor speculating that he would be acquiring superhuman powers through an unexpected incident. The film's makers claim that it is a fantasy-superhero story.

Many expressed their excitement for the movie, which is anticipated to be a perfect watch during Vishu's festive season. In the meantime, the actor has also been criticised for using religious themes to boost the box office following his recent success with Malikappuram in 2022.

The film is bankrolled by Unni Mukundan and Ranjith Sankar under the banners of Dreams N Beyond and Unni Mukundan Films. Nandu, Jomol, Hareesh Peradi, Ravindra Vijay and Ashokan are some of the supporting actors in the movie.
On December 21, Unni Mukundan announced on social media that the team had completed the entire shoot. Unni Mukundan Films will distribute Jai Ganesh, which features music by Sankar Sharma. The majority of the film was filmed in and around Ernakulam. There are plans to release Jai Ganesh in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, apart from Malayalam.
